All Fujitsu air conditioning systems we install come with a 5-year warranty as standard…
The main driver for the project is to provide an accurate solution to enable works from the operator and their partners. The scope was to review and confirm systems enablement & upgrade; ensuring space, capacity and electrical requirements were captured, and solutions specified.
TechProServTM have all the accreditations to work within all operators and Towercos, meeting all the relevant business requirements and have skilled/certified electrical and mechanical engineers with the required tickets.
TechProServ’s fall prevention and protection are paramount whilst working at heights and we always operate utilising the correct PPE and use of Personal Fall Arrest Systems (PFAS).
When working above 2 meters, all our engineers operate using a safety harness and double lanyard and any site where the height exceeds 5 metres, we have two engineers ensuring maximum safety. Our full body harnesses meet ANSI standards and are regularly checked to ensure full working capacity and safety.
Providing a comfortable, heat regulated environment for both staff and customers is essential when managing commercial space. For retail and restaurants, air-conditioning has become almost mandatory, as it provides a controlled setting for customers to spend more money and feel relaxed whilst doing so.
Temperatures during the Summer and Winter months are now getting more extreme, and with office staff having been found to be more efficient and productive when working in a temperature-controlled environment; it makes more sense to invest in a quality, reliable air-conditioning system for your business.
Commercial air-conditioning for schools has also been proven to be beneficial, in that it facilitates the overall performance of students, especially during examinations. Younger children in day care and nurseries also benefit by regulating the temperature of the environment they learn, sleep and play in, just like you would do at home.
What is the OLEV Grant?
The Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) is an official government grant that provides £500 towards the total purchasing and installation costs of an electric charge point at home.
There is a maximum of 2 OLEV Grants per household (one per vehicle), available for both fully electric and plug-in hybrid cars.
In order to qualify for the grant, off-street parking is mandatory, the car you wish to charge must have been purchased no earlier than 1st October 2016 and you must use an accredited OLEF-approved charge point installer.
How Do I Claim For The OLEV Grant Scheme?
The £500 grant deductible from your overall purchase and installation costs can only be submitted by an approved installer of the electric vehicle charge point, so all we’ll need are a few bits of information and our trained engineers will do the rest.
