TechProServ Has Achieved ISO 9001

We are delighted to announce that TechProServ™ has achieved certification and operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the following scope; The Design, Development and Delivery of Electro-Technical and Electro-Mechanical Services

After committing to the BSI journey in 2019, we set a goal to achieve this international standard for a quality management system by the end of Q1 2020.

By achieving this certification standard, we can outwardly demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements; it also demonstrates our continuous improvement and our streamline operational processes.

TechProServ™ prominently operates in the electrical, mechanical and engineering sectors, and we value our supply chain relationships as much as our customers. By officially operating the business under ISO 9001 standards we are strongly governed to work more efficiently and effectively within our supply chain.

We are continuously committed to complying to industry standards and health and safety protocol (SSIP) with already achieving, retaining and satisfying our NAPIT (Approved Contractor), CHAS, Safe Contractor, FGAS and RefCom. This latest achievement is a statement to our stakeholders, employees and supply chain that we wish to operate our business within a set framework to achieve our goals and objectives. This includes customer satisfaction objectives, production objectives and environmental objectives.

We are committed to maintaining the ISO 9001 certification and driven to increase our credibility within the industry and provide customers with confidence by working with TechProServ™, they are working with a supplier that stays in control of processes, procedures and lines of communications at all times.

Attaining ISO standards have been strategic objectives since incorporation, attaining ISO 9001 is the start and/or foundation for moving onwards to ISO 45001 which is on our 2020 Q4 agenda, hopefully gaining certification in 2021 Q1.’
