We committed to the BSI journey in August 2019, having our initial assessment “Stage 1” which demonstrated the organisation’s quality management system’s intent towards compliance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2015. Our “Stage 2” followed in January 2020 showed that TechProServ™ had implemented a quality management system which aligns to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and supports the business in meeting customer expectations.
Now 18 month on and embarking on our 2nd-year cycle. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this assessment was hosted remotely using MS Teams video conference. The continuing assessment demonstrated that TechProServ™ quality management system continues to align with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and supports the business in meeting customer expectations. Following this assessment, BSI is pleased to recommend continued certification to ISO 9001:2015. TechProServ™ operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the following scope; The Design, Development and Delivery of Electro-Technical and Electro-Mechanical Services.
We made many continual improvements throughout 2020, with the appointment of an external QMS consultant @darrenforder of @clearquality who helped us design and implement an improved QMS, streamlined and relevant to the business. @ClearQuality are now implemented into the organisation, support our many management systems.
